The rental area of the Public Works building faces Vermillion River Trail. The maximum capacity of the room is 150 people.
We have a small kitchenette with a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, and counter space. Set up and clean up is up to the renter so make sure you allow enough time for that.
In order to reserve the Building for an Event, the User must submit an application to City Hall during regular business hours, by prior appointment. Rules and Regulations and the applications are below. Please read carefully.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
